LUMI — Nová Amerika (Kostarika)
L5 Free World · šestý uzel Terra Nova · Stav: 🔵 Vize / Příprava
„Most mezi dvěma kontinentů a dvěma oceány — a most mezi prvními národy a budoucností, kterou si píšeme společně."
Záměr
Nová Amerika je šestý financovaný uzel vrstvy L5 Free World.
- Živá indiánská teritoria — Bribri a Cabécar (Talamanca), Boruca, Ngäbe-Buglé, Maleku, Huetar, Chorotega.
- FPIC — Free, Prior and Informed Consent.
- Semenná knihovna Amerik — kakao, kukuřice, fazole, dýně a lokální odrůdy; výměna s ostatními L5 uzly.
- Permakulturní farma — syntropická a agroforestní systémy inspirované tradičním kostarickým hospodařením.
- Medical Table — propojení tradiční medicíny a holistických protokolů L5 — za podmínky, že znalosti zůstávají majetkem komunit.
- LoRa mesh + Guardian Node — off-grid komunikace a validace bloků, 90/10 split jako u všech L5 uzlů.
- Rezidenční program — hosté z teritorií, studenti, řemeslníci; výměnné pobyty s Te Pīko Ora (Polynésie) a dalšími uzly.

Status
🔵 Vize / Příprava — dokumentace a plánovací rámec existují; pozemek, právní subjekt ani partnerské smlouvy zatím neexistují.
LUMI — Nová Amerika (Costa Rica)
L5 Free World · sixth Terra Nova node · Status: 🔵 Vision / Preparation
"A bridge between two continents and two oceans — and a bridge between the first nations and the future we write together."
Intent
Nová Amerika is the sixth funded node of the L5 Free World layer. Unlike the other nodes, it is not centred on a single community but on the native cultures of both Americas — the indigenous nations whose territories, languages and knowledge predate the states they live in today.
Costa Rica was chosen deliberately:
- Geographic midpoint — the land bridge between North and South America; the place where the two Americas touch, symbolically and practically.
- Living indigenous territories — Bribri and Cabécar (Talamanca), Boruca, Ngäbe-Buglé, Maleku, Huetar, Chorotega. Eight officially recognised indigenous territories.
- Stability and nature — no army since 1948, ~98% renewable energy, a quarter of the land protected.
- Accessible land — rural soil remains affordable compared to Europe or Polynesia.
- Two ocean fronts — the Pacific and the Caribbean on one territory.
Principle: listen first, then build
Nová Amerika is not a project for indigenous communities — it is a project with them. Ground rules:
- FPIC — Free, Prior and Informed Consent. No activity on or near an indigenous territory without the free, prior and informed consent of its council of elders.
- The community holds the keys — infrastructure (solar, water, mesh) belongs to the community, not the fund. ZION is a tool, not a condition.
- No land tokenisation — the project sells no soil, shares or "tokenised earth".
- A living library — languages, seeds, medicinal plants and stories are documented only with their holders' consent and remain their property.
What the node holds (vision)
- Council of elders — an advisory and decision-making frame; representatives of partner territories sit at the table from day one, not after construction.
- Seed Library of the Americas — cacao, maize, beans, squash and local varieties; exchange with other L5 nodes.
- Permaculture farm — syntropic and agroforestry systems inspired by traditional Costa Rican cultivation.
- Medical Table — bridging traditional medicine and L5 holistic protocols — provided that knowledge stays in community ownership.
- LoRa mesh + Guardian Node — off-grid communication and block validation, the same 90/10 split as all L5 nodes.
- Residency programme — guests from the territories, students, craftspeople; exchange stays with Te Pīko Ora (Polynesia) and other nodes.
Shared land with L6
On the same plot (or an adjacent parcel) the L6 Issobella ground segment is planned — a research campus with antennas, a lab and an observatory. L5 and L6 share land, water, energy and mesh — but each has its own fund, governance and budget. Details: Costa Rica Ground Station in the L6 library.

What this project is not
- Not a claim on indigenous territory — the project buys private land outside the territories and builds partnerships.
- Not a reservation or an ethnographic display — it is a living community, not an exhibit.
- Not an investment — no gate, gift or stay carries a return.
- Not a finished thing — today it is intent and preparation; no land has been purchased.
Status
🔵 Vision / Preparation — documentation and a planning frame exist; land, legal entity and partnership agreements do not yet exist.
